Who do I contact for Fundraising?

Your first point of contact would be the Booster Club at fhasbooster@gmail.com. Additionally, you could contact the individual Board

Member organizing the specific event or any Board member.

How much do we get paid?

Each fundraiser will be paid according to the earnings of that particular fundraiser.

Please refer to each individual fundraiser for more details. Please note that all members that work an event are paid equally per event as

mandated by our 501(c)(3)

How do we get paid?

Once payment is received from the various individuals, venues, companies, etc., which could take up to 8 weeks, and the amount is verified as being correct, the fundraising report will be generated and the money deposited. Monies earned should not be used towards tuition.

What do we do with the money in the general fund?

Funds in the general booster account are used to support the overall needs of the program and its athletes. This includes things like team gifts, competition day supplies, event decorations, awards, team celebrations, and any other expenses that benefit all teams or athletes throughout the season.

What if I leave the program?

Once FHAS Boosters is notified from FHAS that you are no longer part of the competitive cheer program, you will be removed from FHAS Boosters effective immediately. Any monies left in your account will be forfeited to the general fund. 

How do I request funds be sent to the gym?  

If you would like funds from the Boosters to be sent to the gym to cover any athlete-related fees or expenses (excluding tuition), please contact the Boosters Treasurer..

How do we get reimbursements?

Reimbursement forms can be found on the Boosters Facebook page. To request reimbursement, please submit copies of any cheer-related receipts along with a general summary of what the receipts cover and the total amount you’re requesting. The Treasurer will review your submission, issue a check, and notify you when it will be available for pickup at the gym.
